We believe in the quality and effectiveness of the Kanect platform and want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our SaaS products, including me.kanect.in, wa.kanect.in, and Kanect ERP.


1. Our Commitment to Satisfaction

We strongly encourage all new users to take advantage of our Free Trial (if offered) or thoroughly test the service during the initial guarantee period to ensure the features and performance meet your specific business requirements.


2. Refund Eligibility by Subscription Type

A. Monthly Subscriptions

B. Annual Subscriptions

No refunds will be given for partial months.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are excluded from all refund guarantees:

  • Setup Fees: Any one-time fees charged for onboarding, setup, or specialized configuration.
  • Custom Development/Consulting Services: Fees related to custom integrations, feature development, or consulting work performed at the client’s request.
  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third parties via the Kanect platform (e.g., WhatsApp message credits, SMS charges, external API fees).
  • Promotional/Discounted Plans: Subscriptions purchased using a significant promotional discount or special pricing agreement.
  • Account Termination for Violation: No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, particularly concerning the WhatsApp Business Policy (e.g., spamming).

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted through the official channels:

  1. Submit Request: Send an email to support@kanect.in.
  2. Required Information: Your email must include:
    • Your Kanect Account ID or Registered Email Address.
    • The date and amount of the payment you are requesting a refund for.
    • A clear reason for the cancellation and refund request.
  3. Processing: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Modifications to the Policy

Kanect reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website, but will not retroactively affect the guarantee period of any subscription purchased prior to the change date.
